Well, it’s a good thing she gets a supernatural vampire make-over and will get to spend eternity in the body of a “freakin’ supermodel,” to paraphrase BD the book.  Even though it makes no sense since Esme in the books is described as ‘rounder’ than the other female vampires because she was changed so soon after giving birth.  If Esme is still carrying some of her baby weight, why isn’t Bella forever emaciated?  I get the venom healing the broken bones and whatever, but how does it bump her up to an ideal weight?  What is an ‘ideal’ weight anyway?  How does the venom know what body type is considered beautiful in any given society?
